Return & Refund Policy

At Scent of Eden Beauty, every product is handcrafted with care to ensure the highest quality. Because our products are personal care items, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In their original packaging

• In resalable condition

To request a return, please contact us at scentofedenbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return before sending your item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used products

• Products with broken or missing safety seals (if applicable)

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

• Customized or personalized products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup Orders

Orders selected for Local Pickup may be returned under the same policy. Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning your order so we can arrange the return.
